I’m Craig, the founder of The Beaming Light Foundation. I’m passionate about supporting vulnerable people in the North East, helping those facing homelessness, youth challenges, and barriers to a fresh start. I believe in giving everyone a chance to rebuild their lives with hope and dignity.

Hi, I’m Toni, a trustee of the Beaming Light Foundation. My work focuses on supporting people with complex needs and making sure they feel heard, understood, and valued. I handle much of the foundation’s administrative work, but the part I’m most passionate about is connecting with the individuals and families we help. Every day, I aim to bring empathy, patience, and clarity to the challenges they face, and to make our foundation a safe, supportive space for anyone who needs it.

I’m Gill, a criminologist, youth worker, and psychologist. I’m passionate about using my knowledge and experience to support young people and vulnerable individuals. My goal is to help create positive change by combining research with practical work.

I’m Heather. I’ve worked in the Civil Service for over 20 years and  as Treasurer of The Beaming Light Foundation, I’m proud to use my experience to help manage our finances and keep everything running smoothly behind the scenes. Being part of a team that’s working to change lives is something I truly value.

Hi, I’m Paul. I bring real-life experience to the team, having faced many of the same challenges that the people we support are going through. I’m now proud to be on the frontline with The Beaming Light Foundation, using my journey to connect with others, offer guidance, and show that change is possible. Being able to give back and make a difference means everything to me.

Hello everyone, my name is Dallas, and I’m excited to be joining The Beaming Light Foundation as the new Admin Manager. I’ve worked in the charity sector for over 20 years, and supporting people has always been a true passion of mine. I’m really looking forward to bringing my experience to the foundation and contributing to the amazing work being done here.
